O prefeito de Coronel Fabriciano, Marcus Vinícius Bizarro (PSDB), decretou ponto facultativo após o meio dia na cidade nesta quinta-feira (26). O motivo é a visita do presidente Jair Bolsonaro (PL), que deve chegar ao Vale do Aço por volta das 14h. Bolsonaro irá a Coronel Fabriciano para entrega de 500 unidades habitacionais do Residencial Buritis. O prefeito também confirmou que haverá uma motociata com a presença do presidente. A informação da prefeitura é que, além da segurança presidencial, 100 motos foram selecionadas para um pelotão que vai ficar mais próximo de Bolsonaro e outras motociclistas também poderão seguir o comboio. Ao todo é prevista a presença de mais de 2 mil motos. O Palácio do Planalto ainda não confirma participação do presidente em motociata.
“Está confirmado sim, é uma coisa muito bonita que vai acontecer em Coronel Fabriciano. Acredito que a cidade está toda ansiosa e vai parar, tanto é que eu tive que fazer ponto facultativo. Fabriciano nunca recebeu o presidente da República, e as crianças em escolas que visitei estão na expectativa por estar perto do chefe de estado”, afirmou Bizarro à Itatiaia.
